It’s the Thursday before Easter and I’m justtt now allowing myself to digest that this weekend I’m hosting our family’s brunch… time to get my *you know what* together. Last weekend was our twins’ third birthday (HOW 😭) and now that I’m finally reemerging from the post-celebration haze, I can properly focus on the next glorious occasion: EASTER! Happy, cheerful, pastel, praise-worthy Easter that may or may not be totally rained out here in Dallas. Nonetheless, we shall celebrate with church and brunch as per ush.

If you’re like me and are in the middle of last-minute planning, here are a few delicious recipes worthy of your Easter spread! (PS - the photos will not click to recipes, but they are hyperlinked in the text beneath each).

These Boursin Wantons with Berry Jam are easy to make, fun to eat and never, ever fail to impress. Boursin is a creamy, slightly herby and mild cheese that pairs beautifully with a bright and tart jam like raspberry. Try once & love forever!

I made my Strawberry Caprese Salad on my first episode of Guy’s Grocery Games as a part of my final (*humble brag*) winning dish :) One of the judges said it worked well because “things that grow together, go together!”. The strawberries add a touch of sour-sweetness to a classic caprese salad.
