Happy post-Thanksgiving Christmas season bliss!!!!! Even if our household is plagued with pneumonia… we’ve got spirit lol. There is honestly nothing more pure and precious than watching the twins swell up with joy when they see our Christmas tree every morning and the Christmas lights turn on outside each night. They’re already obsessed so we’re training them well I’d say!
Having sick babies is hard for so many reasons but we’re blessed to finally be on some antibiotics and hopefully trending upward. Sending big big hugs to all the parents out there riding the same struggle bus, seriously bless you!

Cozy Chicken Gnocchi Soup
Serves 4+
1/2 small yellow onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots, peeled & diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup baby bella mushrooms, diced
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp. avocado oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey breast, diced
2 tbsp. fresh sage, minced
2 tbsp. flour (I use GF)
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup potato gnocchi, uncooked
