It’s official: I’ve reached the phase of life where my nightly pill pile is a couple swallows large and I’m spiraling when I travel without electrolytes. One day you’re young and fun but life comes at you fast. Here’s the thing: I’m a mom of young kids, and feeling strong and energized usually doesn’t happen by accident. All my supps have helped me feel more energized, lean, less inflamed, mentally clear, strong, and healthier, in a realistic way.
So over the last few years, I’ve slowly figured out what actually makes a noticeable difference for my body. It’s the routine I’ve boiled down after plenty of trial and error, wellness rabbit holes, and learning to separate what’s trendy from what’s truly helpful.
